My AC Keeps Tripping the Circuit Breaker—What’s Wrong?

During the hot Texas summers, the last thing you want to happen to your AC is for it to suddenly stop working. If your air conditioner does this, the first thing you should do before you let panic seize hold of you is to go to the electrical panel and check if the AC’s circuit breaker has tripped. This is a common occurrence, and most of the time resetting the breaker will bring the air conditioner back to life.
